Managing administrators allows you to assign access to different users so they can supervise and manage Ninja Excel training plans within a company. At the same time, it is essential to understand the platform's limitations regarding these access levels.
In this article, you will learn:
How to grant access to more than one administrator.
How many companies can an administrator be associated with.
How can I grant access to two or more admin users?
You can grant access to more than one admin user. To do so, you must request it through our official support channels.
Steps to follow:
Open the Help Chat from your Admin Center or email us at support@ninjaexcel.com.
Request the creation of a new administrator account.
Provide the following information:
Full name of the user.
Email address.
The company they should be associated with.
Once the request is received, the support team will set up the corresponding access.
Can I be an administrator for more than one company or account?
Currently, the answer is no. An admin user:
Can only be associated with one company.
Cannot have simultaneous access to multiple accounts using the same email address.
Important considerations for Admin accounts
When creating administrator users, keep the following in mind:
There are no restrictions on the type of email used (it can be personal or corporate).
Each email address will be linked to a single company.
⚠️ Important:
This can create limitations for organizational structures like holdings, where a single user may need to manage multiple companies.
Best practices for managing Admins:
Define one email per company to avoid access conflicts.
Audit active admin users regularly to maintain security and control.
Plan your access strategy if you are responsible for managing more than one organization.
If you need to add a new administrator, log in to your Admin Center and contact us via the Help Chat or at soporte@ninjaexcel.com.
