Understanding our credit system
Credits serve as the exclusive internal currency of Ninja Excel. It is important to note that they are not a currency in their own right, but rather digital units used to purchase any content from the catalog available in your Admin Center.
Key Features:
Total Flexibility: You can redeem credits for any course or level based on your team’s specific needs.
12-Month Validity: Every credit purchase is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the invoice date. Each individual purchase carries its own independent expiration date.
When are Credits actually redeemed?
Unlike the initial purchase, credit "redemption" (the actual deduction from your balance) does not happen when you add items to your cart or save a Training plan as a draft.
Redemption occurs specifically within the Admin Center the moment you create a plan and click the "Confirm users" button.
Please keep the following in mind:
Level Changes: If a user or administrator feels an assigned level isn't the right fit, you may request a level change through our support team within the first 7 days of the plan's start date.
Admin Responsibility: Managing and assigning credits is the sole responsibility of the client. The platform cannot replace credits that were assigned in error by an administrator.
What happens if my balance is low?
While you can always buy credits via the "Add credits" tab, the system also offers a "shortcut" if you run out of credits while working. If your balance is insufficient to complete a task, the platform will allow you to purchase the exact amount needed to finish your redemption. This option redirects you to the Add credits tab to buy the necessary amount and pay via Stripe.
This automatic redirection occurs in two scenarios:
From the Catalog: When the items in your cart exceed your current balance.
During user assignment: When you are setting up a Training plan and realize your balance doesn't cover all the participants in your draft.
Pro-Tip: When redirected, the platform will suggest the next available credit package with a higher volume discount to help you maximize your budget. For example, if you need 9,000 credits, the system will suggest the 9,356-credit package so you can unlock a 10% discount.
Exchange and refund policies
To ensure a transparent experience, please note these operational rules:
All sales are final: Once a payment is processed through Stripe, the credit purchase is final. We do not offer cash refunds for purchased credits.
