The Catalog meets the need for instant quoting without waiting. Here, you can view all available products—Full Programs, Courses and Certifications—with all the technical specs you need to make an informed decision:
Technical details: Duration in weeks, syllabus content, and estimated learning hours.
Price transparency: Unit cost per participant in both credits and currency.
Smart filters: Search by level (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced), language, or product type (Program, Course, and Certification) to find exactly what your team needs.
Using the Catalog and Shopping cart
To build your quote, follow these steps:
Open the Catalog tab in your Admin Center.
Select the product that fits your needs.
Use the shopping cart: Enter your headcount directly on the product card.
The system will instantly display the total value for those licenses in both credits and currency.
Click Confirm to add those items to your cart.
Using the Shopping cart as a budget simulator
The Shopping cart acts as a consolidated simulator. When you open it (in the right side menu), you can:
Check your draft: Review each product, license count, and individual values.
Optimize your spend: Add or remove items until the value matches your allocated budget.
Check your balance: Instantly see your available credits versus what is required for the current order.
Insufficient credit redirection
If your quote exceeds your current balance, the Admin Center automatically applies a fix. When you attempt to finalize, you’ll be redirected to the Add credits tab with three flexible options:
Exact amount: Buy only what you need to cover the specific gap in your cart.
Smart recommendations: The system will suggest the next available package if it unlocks a better volume discount. For example, if you are short 15,000 credits, it will recommend the 20,196-credit tier to unlock a 20% discount. To learn more about volume discounts, read this article.
Specific quantity: You can still choose to buy any custom amount or a different package that fits your long-term planning.
Pro tips for Admins
Export for stakeholders: Download the Catalog PDF to share professional specs and pricing with other departments or leadership.
Simulate to save: Play with user counts in the cart to see how close you are to the next discount tier (up to 60% off).
