Resetting your password and managing your Admin access

Maintaining access to the Platform (platform.ninjaexcel.com) is essential for monitoring your team's progress. If you’ve forgotten your credentials or your invitation link has expired, this guide will walk you through regaining control of your account.

• The process for resetting your password from the Login Page.

1. Resetting your password from Login

If you can’t remember your password to enter the Platform (the learning and management environment), follow these steps:

1. Go to the Ninja Excel login page: admin.ninjaexcel.com 
   
   

2. Click the Forgot your password? button.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Admin account.

4. You will receive an email with a link to generate a new password. Click the "Reset my password" button and create your new credentials.

Security Note: For your protection, you can only request a new registration or recovery link once every 24 hours. If this causes an issue, please reach out via Support Chat.

2. Accessing my Training plan as an Admin

As an Administrator, you may also have a Training plan assigned to you, which requires you to log into your Student Profile.

To do so, use the following link with your same email and password: platform.ninjaexcel.com/login 

3. What to do if your activation link has expired?

This section is specifically for your first-time login. If you have logged in before but are currently having trouble, please refer to the points above or contact us via Support Chat.

For both users and admins, the Activation link (the initial registration action) is valid for 14 days. If you try to access it after this period:

• A pop-up (modal) will appear indicating that the link has expired.

• To resolve this issue (technical difficulty), simply enter your email in the field provided on the screen.

• The system will send you a new access link valid for another 14 days.
