Understanding your exercise validation results

Modified on Fri, 20 Mar at 1:48 PM

What do the validation colors mean?

When you click the Validate answer button, your exercises are marked based on your accuracy score:

  • Green (91% - 100%): Your exercise meets the required standards. You are ready to move on to the next class!

  • Yellow (50% - 90%): Partially correct. You’re on the right track, but there are technical details or steps that weren't completed as shown in the video. These must be corrected to master the skill.

  • Red (Less than 49%): Incorrect. The logic or the final result does not match the instructions, and a full review is required before moving forward.

How do I fix my errors?

If you get a yellow or red result, don't sweat it! Follow these steps to improve your score:

  1. Click "Review Answer": Select the feedback button for the corresponding exercise.

  2. Check the Answers: The platform will automatically show you the Answer Mode. Here, you’ll find a dropdown menu called "Issues."

  3. Identify the specific error: This list is your personalized guide; it tells you exactly where the process failed or what the expected result was.

  4. Review the "Step-by-Step": If you're not sure how to start over, this same section includes detailed instructions to help you replicate the exercise from scratch.

  5. Fix and re-validate: Switch back to your Exercise tab, make the corrections, and click "Validate Answers" again. Once the status turns green, you can continue with your certification.
