As a first step, use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to force the page to reload. This ignores the cached version and redownloads all files directly from the server. If this doesn't work, try the following:
1. Temporarily disable extensions
Google Chrome (PC/Mac): Click the Puzzle Piece icon next to the address bar > Manage Extensions > toggle the switches to Off.
Safari (Mac): Go to the Safari menu > Settings > Extensions > uncheck the boxes in the list.
Microsoft Edge (PC): Click the three dots (...) > Extensions > Manage extensions > toggle each one to Off.
2. Enable cookies
Chrome (PC/Mac): Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > Select "Allow third-party cookies."
Safari (Mac): Safari menu > Settings > Privacy > Ensure that "Block all cookies" is unchecked.
Edge (PC): Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > Toggle "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" to On.
3. Clear cache (Clear browsing data)
Windows (Chrome/Edge): Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete. Select "All time" as the time range, check "Cached images and files," and click Clear data.
Mac (Chrome): Press Command + Shift + Delete. Follow the same steps as above.
Mac (Safari): 1. Go to the Safari menu > Settings > Advanced. 2. Check the box "Show features for web developers" (or "Show Develop menu"). 3. You can now use the shortcut Command + Option + E to empty the cache instantly, or find it in the new Develop menu at the top of your screen.
If you're still hitting a wall after these steps, try opening the platform in an Incognito or Private window, or try a different browser altogether. This will help you determine if the issue is specific to your main browser's configuration.
